What's a CRS

The Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) is the highest Designation awarded to sales associates in the residential sales field. The CRS Designation recognizes professional accomplishments in both experience and education.

Requirements Include

Production

Minimum 75 transactions within the last five consecutive years (Consecutive is defined as one year succeeding another).

Elective Credits -10 points required

5 points maximum: bachelor's, master's or Ph.D. in real estate, or one of the following designations: CCIM, CIPS,CPM,CRB, GRI
3 points each: per CRS Course in addition to the three required core CRS Courses
1 point each: per 10 transactions completed within the last 5 consecutive years, in addition to the 75 core transactions required

Other

All applicants will continue to be required to submit a letter from their local board verifying current REALTORŽ or REALTOR ASSOCIATEŽ membership.
