- When you drive by a house or see one in an ad, please be sure to collect the following information:
- Address or Approximate Address
- Name of Real Estate Company
- Phone Number
- Ad Number - if available
- Name of Publication

- We prepare the purchase agreement, which will include among other things a provision for passing a whole house inspection. I will also prepare a document showing an itemized breakdown of all the costs for the transaction, which will include broker fees, title insurance, the cost of your mortgage, etc.

Remember, the property is still on the market for all buyers until all terms are agreed upon by all parties.
